What are we working on?

  • Develop a promotional and communications strategy, involving various channels and communities
  • We coordinate with the project team and partners, ensuring a smooth flow of information and effective cooperation
  • We seek the patronage of the Ministry of Education and the City of Warsaw
  • We continue to seek potential sponsors and financial support to ensure the success of the project
  • We monitor the progress and results of our activities to adjust our approach and achieve the best possible results

What have we already done?

  • We are actively developing our presence on social media platforms, engaging a growing audience and building a strong online community
  • We have improved our website, and with it interaction with beneficiaries
  • We established partnerships with reputable companies, including Google and ING bank
  • We designed and launched a website that is also available in English

This is still in our plans:

  • Evaluation of past activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for future activities
  • Surveying beneficiaries and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations in order to better tailor project activities
  • Developing reports and analyses on the project's achievements to date, which will serve as a tool for presenting results and obtaining further funding
  • Investigating the project's growth potential in international markets and developing an overseas expansion strategy
  • Establishing a program of awards and prizes for active project participants to recognize their commitment and motivate them to continue their work
